Very helpful !!
as a coach I felt like this course was very beneficial, I learned more than just being a coach. I learned there's more things about being a coach than just teaching the game, you are teaching these kids to be adults and better learners and leaders and not just on the field or court but leaders in the classroom and out in the community
This course gave me a lot of important things to consider as a coach.
Very good would recommend to others

I thought it was very inspiring!
Great insight on coaching and definitely gave me a new view on certain things and team bonding ideas to get to know my team even more!
I enjoyed the variety of speakers and their stories. I felt I learned a lot and there was valuable information I will use in coaching.
Good insight into the mental aspects of coaching.
Very informational
Great course! I learned a lot. The lessons were very clear and concise. I love the model!
There were many points of interest that I found to be particularly important but none more so than individual effort and growth, team unity and cohesion and escorting a process that would instill continued development as a player and a person. I found the impact of community to be the real joy.
Good information, just a little too long/to many videos.
good

I am a new coach at only 18yrs old. I will be an asst to a varsity boys wrestling team at a 6a school in oregon, which I was a captain on just last year. I took a lot of good points away from the course on how to cross over from captain of the team to asst coach.
