Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR
This was a very good course and a lot of learning on being a coach
Very informative
It pretty much covers up what needs to be done as a coach to our athletes and suggest how to solve problems or how to motivate them. The course is pretty great.
Some of the videos seem to be a bit repetitive.
3D Institute does a great job of framing the opportunity we have as coaches to positively influence all kids by building a community around their program rather than just building a winning team.
