This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

This was a very informative course.
This course is going to change the act of coaching for those that choose to dive into it. Coaching is a unique profession where we have the opportunity to leave an eternal legacy in men and women while changing society itself. This approach gives coaches tools to do just that.
I felt like it offered great information on the fundamentals needed in coaching and how to lead yourself and your team to success in whatever sport it may be!
