Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR
Lots of good information and developing mindset around coaching and working with kids.
I really appreciated the framework. The framework is consistent with my thoughts about the influence of coaches, but was able to organize and communicate the standards of good coaching in a more clear manner.
