Shaping Culture Using the 3D Framework
Shaping Culture Using the 3D Framework is an innovative course designed to equip leaders with the tools and mindset needed to cultivate thriving organizational cultures. Through a comprehensive exploration of these dimensions, participants will learn to leverage not only the fundamentals and technical skills (Skillset), but also the psychological and relational aspects (Mindset), and the values and character-driven processes (Heartset) necessary for fostering a robust culture.
Drawing from real-life examples and testimonials, participants will gain insights into how integrating the 3D framework can transform their leadership approach, enabling them to see their team members as whole individuals and creating environments where learning and performance thrive. If you aspire to be a leader who not only envisions but also actualizes a culture of significance, this course provides the roadmap to turn that vision into reality.
I have really enjoyed how this program has made a difference in me as a person, as well as how it has impacted our program.
This course is a great opportunity to learn and grow in how to continue to reach your players hearts and grow with them!
I enjoyed the videos. It was nice that they were short no matter how many, rather than sitting and listening to longer lectures.
course material is good. few segments could be shortened and still be effective.
As a recently retired coach of 33 seasons, the 3D framework helped transform my approach to coaching in the final decade or so of my career. Having chased "Success" for the first few decades and finding "it", I was still left feeling that there had to be something of more value. What was missing? Significance! Once I better defined my transformational purpose statement, coaching became a joy and shaping a culture was a welcome challenge and reward. I took the time for this course after coaching because I wanted to see how the 3D Framework might apply in my new role as an Area Director for faith-based sports ministry known as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). The course did not disappoint. I'm going to refine my transformational purpose statement to suit my new role and use the valuable information and tools from this course to help me create, over time, a culture based on significance.
I really enjoyed this course. The best part for me was how you broke it down into watchable segments which could be stopped and started when I was ready or had time.
Overall this course was a great refresher on how to be a great leader. I would recommend it being more interactive and have more than white middle aged men presenting.
Good information. A bit long.
This is an amazing course. Very informative and does a good job of keeping interest.
I found it an interesting concept. To be honest it did not suit my learning style, listening to and watching videos, but I enjoyed some of the points and am looking forward to learning more.
This was very informative and set direction for leadership predicated on trust and defining purpose over goals, and understanding the change formula: D x V x FS > R
Lot of information to absorb, process, understand, and implement and it will come with some mistakes and setbacks but pursuing and persevering a culture of reaching significance will ultimately glorify and honor the Lord.
It is good.
This course was very helpful.
It was refreshing to see that I already hold so many values that were talked about through this course, how I go about coaching, and how I create my team's environment.
This course was very thought provoking. It takes you beyond the normal thought of setting goals to achieve success, but rather establishing purpose to reach significance.
Very impactful and helpful
This course was informative and helpful in many ways.
Good information
breaking it down in small video's was very smart. This made it easier to follow and go through the module's.
The information in this course is very practical and makes a lot of sense. Many times we get caught up in success and victories that we lose our focus on what make sense!
Thanks for the reminders and encouragement.
