3D Coaching for Sport: Administrators

I am 3D Certified and started the certification of coaches at my previous school. I am now working to implement this framework with our coaches here.

When I started coaching football, I made the promise to the team that not only will I be coaching football, but I will also teach them values. The plan has fallen behind with Corona. After Corona, a new management team took over and they don’t want to listen. They are all business. They want results. They do not care about values.
I am with a new football team now. They do listen - everybody: management, parents, players, and coaches (except for some hardline coaches). I am head coach for the U16/U17 Football Juniors and I want to implement 3D Coaching. So may kids/teens are struggling after Corona. Just teaching them skill is not enough. You need to address their needs to get back on track. Need to reach them on the 2nd and 3rd dimension. It is so important … yesterday, today and tomorrow.

I am involved with a local school Outeniqua High rugby team as a mentor, especially for those boys who have no father figure in their life. Tried these principles with one boy who's dad is a gang member on trial. He told me that since I spoke about the 2nd and 3rd dimensions with him he could feel his body also improving on the field. I thought wow in 2 weeks and 1 boy? What can we achieve if more of these boys got this imparted onto them?
