This is a great resource in helping administrators outline a vision for their staff/department and really build a true system that can be sustainable long-term in helping change the lives of the coaches who work for you and the athletes we work to motivate and inspire. This course has laid the groundwork for me to start working with my coaches on building a positive culture and helping us all within our athletic department to better serve our student-athletes.
