This course was created in partnership with the Virginia High School League to satisfy the coaching principles portion of VHSL’s coaches education mandate.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

The course was very informational and challenging in the sense that it made me take a look at "me" and what direction am I moving the program beyond the first tier. I can certainly improve by purposely activating and implementing the 2nd and 3rd tier qualities within me. It certainly will benefit the athletes, the school and the community. Very good course.
