Great course. I learned a lot more about how to coach players not only as a team, but as individuals.

Course is very beneficial in helping coaches understand the many aspects "outside of the game" Coaching the actual sport is a small part of what we do, finding ways to protect our athletes, and be a positive influence for them is a major, but often overlooked aspect of coaching. This course helps to identify those other aspects.
