- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

It gives you pointers on how to adjust things that you as a coach may feel are OK how to make things even better not only for yourself before your organization outside of just the kids but a structure in a whole.
