This course was created in partnership with the Virginia High School League to satisfy the coaching principles portion of VHSL’s coaches education mandate.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA
This course was interactive and useful for opening the eye of a young coach, I do wish that the course came with more ideas to use with difficult emotional athletes but I look forward to my upcoming first season as a coach.
Excellent course I would advise anybody who is a coach or going to be a coach to check this course out. Lots of information that was very helpful.

Great course LOTS of information, a little distracting to when graphics came up and the person talking went out of focus. And maybe not so many jump cuts between different angles.
