VHSL: Foundations for Coaching in all Three Dimensions

This course highlighted so many important things. I would not change anything about it.

I loved it!!!! I would highly recommend this to new coaches and coaches who have been coaching for years.

Great course establishes the foundations to help coaching.

The course was detailed and provided a wealth of information to inform coaches on many pillars of not just athletic development but also servicing youth athletes as maturing adults. The materials were evidence-based and supported with scientific research and they provided plenty of external resources to supplement the knowledge and understanding.
