This course gives coaches a lot of valuable information on the 3D framework which helps coaches connect with their players and help them grow and become better members of their communities.
It was very detailed
Really loved this educational experience. As being a young first year coach and figuring out exactly how to transfer from a successful athlete to now a coach, this really helped open my eyes to the importance in the role and helped me remember the main reason I wanted to be a coach: To use what I experienced and learned growing up and as an adult, the good and the bad, to guide and care for my players to set them up for success in life just not an athlete.
