- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

I enjoyed this course a lot! It did feel a little redundant at times.
Really enjoyed the course and the emphasis on the 2nd and 3rd level of the pyramid. It's an area where I see too many coaches staying away from out of fear of developing an overly personal relationship with a player. It's important to know more and care more for our players. This course emphasized that and I appreciate hearing coaching professionals embracing being better than just X's and O's.
