- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

This is an over all great course for not only new but seasoned coaches. The course not only gave me new ways to improve my coaching but also gave me ideas on ways to improve the things I incorporate in my coaching.

This was far more comprehensive than I expected any short course on coaching to be. It was direct, covered all the important points of what it takes to be a good coach. More importantly, it focused on the impact that coaches have on young adults…the real reason we all do this.
