This was a great way to ground myself before starting the season.

This was a great way to ground myself in coaching before the season started.

The training was a success. It truly makes you look within your personal morals in life to find a way to develop and determine a new coaching style with kids to make sure they growth into fine performers and young adults.

I enjoyed the videos and the numerous coaches/community members displayed. I would like to see more examples of real life coaching staffs and teams using the approach.

I like it! I thought it would just be "here's how to teach athletes effectively" but it wasn't. I liked that it incorporated the importance of utilizing psychological techniques and societal awareness.

I liked it! I was expecting it to just be "here's how to teach your athletes how to play x sport" but I liked that it taught a more aware and informed approach by utilizing psychology and societal awareness.

Very useful information

this was a good course that gave me new things to think about when coaching. The "growth-mindset" was my biggest takeaway and I plan to pay attention to the feedback I give, in hopes of creating a growth mindset in my players.

Great content. I have read Mindset and most of Sinek's books. I am a leader of people in the professional environment. The office and the field/locker room are not that different. Enjoyed that you have incorporated learnings from outside of sport to support the 2nd and 3rd levels. Well done. Thank you.
