- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

It was a good course
Very useful to remind and ground old coaches that may have forgotten why they got into coaching and a good teaching tool to young coaches to be the coach they needed when they were that age.
This course was easy to follow and complete.
Nice learning tool. Takea different perspective on coaching the entire athlete.
Good information, though the latter part of the course was more focused on inspiring than informing. Both can be helpful, I just personally felt like the first half was more impactful.
