- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

I did find the growth mindset module thought provoking. The other 30+ modules are so basic. I know it is just an overview of the full 3d program but this mostly felt like an advertisement.

This was an amazing short course that has totally changed my outlook on coaching methods. This is totally different than the environment that I experienced in my sport career and I can totally see how this creates a better environment in sport and molds the players.
