- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

This course has some amazing content that all coaches should be applying! My only reservation is that I wish it could have used more practical everyday examples to implement these coaching practices (it gave a few, but didn't feel like enough to me).
