- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

The presenters were clearly enthusiastic. I liked how some of the quizzes were interactive and allowed participants to reflect on their own thought processes as it relates to coaching and areas they can potentially improve.

I am very impressed with the way that this course has made me realize what kind of Coach I need to be and how I can get there for the future of all the kids that I will be able to impact to help them to be a better athletes but most important to help them to be a better person with morals and respect and love to others.
