- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

This course provided a great amount of key important about essence of coaching. The information within the topics establish an understanding what coaching is really is with everyone who is a contributor.
The presentation for this course served a true purpose. Everything was explained well within the topics and how important it is to be a coach. Providing these dimensions gives coaching a sport the true strength of passion.
