- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

Nice focus and organization of concepts to teach coaching beyond just the sport focus
Overall, I thought it was very informative and gives you a different perspective on coaching. I learned a lot and will take everything into learned into this season. I will stay committed to my players' development, both on and off the court, and will continue to make a positive impact that lasts far beyond the final match.
