This course was created in partnership with the Virginia High School League to satisfy the coaching principles portion of VHSL’s coaches education mandate.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA
I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I saved all of the resources for later and am looking forward to continued learning and development in my role as a teacher/coach/mentor/friend to my athletes.

This was an excellent course on coaching & all of the presenters were excellent! As i navigate my upcoming second season, this course has given me great direction to how i can best lead my team and utilize team leaders to help EVERY teammate feel apart of the team. Being responsible in their conduct and support of each other and their competition will help the to develope in life. I am excited to see how much our team can achieve together both on and off the golf course!
