- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

This was course was a great start to teaching coaches it's not about the results. (Even though their impact story talks about winning the championships).
Waste of money and time. Unnecessarily long. Glitchy when finishing and continuing the videos. Another concept introduced from another company. Save your money.
