- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

The course was very informative but extremely long and drawn out.
This course provided a great foundational understanding of the 3D coaching principle. While the 3D concept is wide in scope, this course did an excellent job of distilling the core principles to help coaches begin their journey to become better coach.
