- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

The 3-D program really gets the essence of coaching. The pursuit of excellence and joy along with thankfulness, humility , servanthood and passion are th building blocks of any team.
This is a good course for new coaches and seasoned coaches. The pursuit of excellence along with joy, thankfulness, humility and servanthood are the cornerstones to all successful teams.

This course is very inspiring. I learned how to build my athletes up and start to mold their future. Being a student athlete is fun; but making a positive impact on an individuals future is exciting. "Reach one, Teach one"
