I have used the 3D framework, specifically the Shaping Culture training, to impact change as a High School principal. I have experienced our shared vision go from survival mode in year one, to the success stage in year 3. This course gave a thorough presentation of the Life Cycle of a Dream by describing where we are currently in the sports culture and where we want to go. Going from survival to stability to success to significance was so helpful in breaking down the process of changing the sports culture with a 3D framework and ongoing training, resources, and mentoring.
This course was very helpful in my development as a coach. It makes you think about things that most coaches haven't thought about.
