This course was well thought out and the way it was all put together was of high quality. It reminds us of the opportunities we have as coaches to better the lives of our players and, in turn, better our lives as well.
Excellent content that provides you with new ideas and different perspectives that many coaches may have never considered otherwise. I'm sure it will give some that complete the course a new, and totally different, outlook on coaching.

The 3Dimensional Coaching course was an incredible experience. It gave me a great perspective on the power of coaching through a transformational purpose. We implemented many of the strategies from the program, such as games, Spotlight Drill, home visits, banquet letters, and more over the past two seasons. It really helped our team become closer and find the joy in sport again. 

One of our athletes was recently killed in a car accident. While there's nothing that could have prepared me for this tragedy, I am grateful for my 3D Coach training. I have some peace in this tragedy, because through the implementation of the 3Dimensional strategies, my athletes shared so much love and joy with each other. It has also given me a framework to discuss this tragedy with my team, so we can grieve and heal together.

I completed all my degree and post-graduate studies through online and distance learning, and in my opinion this course rates highly with regards to the manner in which it is being presented. Each component is offered independently in manageable units, yet all the material is brought together superbly to create a complete and thorough understanding of the 3D framework. I have previous experience of the methodology behind 2nd and 3rd dimension approaches to coaching, yet the material in the course kept pulling me in for more. The one element of my coaching that has been lacking throughout the years has been the aspect of my Christianity in a multi-religious, and secular coaching environment. The FCA add-on material has been extremely motivational to me on a personal level, and I am indeed glad that I selected to have the add-on included in my course. I would recommend this course to any aspiring coach or teacher, and in fact, to any person who finds themselves in a mentoring position.
