It was so refreshing to have a class that was fundamentally based in faith as that does not seem to be the norm anymore. It also made sense of many struggles and issues I've seen in coaching but couldn't put a finger on the source or reason and gave me many ideas of how to proceed to deal with those struggles. Multiple times I have referred to what I have been learning in these modules as, "pure gold." Personally, I had never considered coaching before, it wasn't even on my radar.
