I am now in my 30th season as a coach and have a strong feeling that my coaching journey might be coming to an end. I don't know what the Lord has in mind for me, but I felt that this course might help me to still see and feel his hand at work in my professional life. Even though I've read the 3D Coaching book and have made attempts to implement its principles into to my coaching in the past, the ability to re-write a transformational purpose statement at the end of this course has helped to give me some strength and guidance for the season at hand.
