The course really opens your eyes to the impact sport can have on young people. This was part of my Silver Coaching Certification tasks for USA Wrestling. 3D Coaching Course was, by far, the most useful and directly applicable resource / tool I have come across to making successful coaches and, therefore, making great sports programs. While I have made plenty of vision and mission statements, I have never had a course break it down the way you did. I spent way more time thinking through and working it out.
