Some of the phrasing and presenters felt inauthentic and therefore hard to take seriously. I do not think that many of the anecdotes were that applicable to the actual, chaotic and deeply complex world of coaching. That being said that were many points and modules that I believe are useful and encourage coaches toward a transformational and reflective journey. I found many modules to be engaging and got me to reflect on many aspects of my own coaching. I am left with many questions which I think is a positive reflection of the online course. Questions often are answered by experience using the material.
