I really appreciated the tremendous insight into how I can improve as a coach. As a long time coach, I can see the ways that I have failed to reach so many players that I have previously coached. Involve other sports to help use other metaphors that everyone can understand and relate to. I kept losing focus because I don't care in anyway about football or basketball so all the references just went over my head.
