An absolute must for all ranges from first year coaches all the way up to seasoned administrators!

The term framework is often used during this course. That term is amazingly true as the course gives coaches the opportunity to change their perspective on coaching and not give up their style. The framework fits many style, but allows coaches to use the same terms across sport. In today's society, I can't imagine coaching without the 3D framework.
