3D Coaching provides great resources for our coaches to return to anytime they have a question about something or just need reassurance. Many of our coaches, and likely yours, are doing some of this work in the programs already, but 3D Coaching gives you a vocabulary and framework so that our coaching staff is all on the same page. Furthermore, when coaches are using the same resources, vocabulary, and techniques, it builds strength in the overall athletic department.
