Although we all know we have an influence on players, this course opened my eyes with regards to the amount of influence we can have on player's lives. Not only did I learn a lot with regards to players that I work with on the field, but also how I interact with my own children at home. Whatever situation I find myself in when interacting with kids, I now think twice about how to react in a specific situation. Also looking for a better way to develop/mentor kids. Rather than thinking that they changed, I ask myself, how can I change to better understand and help the players. Lastly, I now know that I must be whole first, to truly affect our athletes for good.

I enjoyed the course. I have been a very good 1st dimensional coach, but I new that something was missing in my coaching.
