3D Coaching Certification Reviews – All 3D Reviews

Our high school coaching staff was asked to embark on this journey during the COVID-19 pandemic. I first looked at this program as another "hoop" to jump through and "box to check" in satisfying my coaching requirements. I was wrong. The 3D coaching framework provided me with a top-to-bottom analysis of who I am and who I want to be, but beyond that of just a coach and teacher. This program helped me reflect on how I live, influence, and learn in both my professional AND personal lives: as a teacher, coach, husband, father, son, and friend. I would recommend this program to anyone who works with young people - even those that don't - but who wants to do better at finding balance in their life, value in personal relationships, and satisfaction in what they do.
