I think the 3D Coaching Course is a very important tool for every coach, and every school district. The course brings to light the 3 dimensions that we actually instruct athletes through. I have coached for 14 years, and have prided myself in teaching the fundamentals. Yet, even with my most talented teams, we always came up short. I will now coach on all 3 levels. Looking forward to this new adventure!

Overall I thought the content of this course was very interesting and very helpful. The only problem I had with it was I came across several technological errors. Almost every time I hit submit for a quiz or a short answer response my screen would freeze and and when refreshed all of my responses were lost, which was disappointing especially on my short answer responses. However, I am glad that I had the opportunity to learn these 3D Coaching techniques and look forward to being able to apply what I've learned to my coaching style. I also feel this course will help me out a ton with my future in the sports psychology field.Thanks for sharing!

This course highlights those things that coaches should be doing in their program to build community and leadership in athletics. Useful strategies are provided but too much time is spent on the philosophy. It is also geared more toward male coaches and athletes, meaning there are few strategies tailored toward female athletes and psyche.
