I thought this course was very helpful to see what type of coach I am. I have been coaching for 17 years and after taking this course, I realize that I have become, over time, a 3rd dimensional coach, but it took years for me to accomplish this. I love the additional tools I have picked up to continue to grow as a coach. This is a great course for a new coach and I wish I had it when I first started.

I just finished by 3-D coaches training. I was skeptical at first about doing this program but after doing it I don't think there is any other clinic or session I have watched that has a greater impact of my ideas who I am and more importantly who I want to become, I know this program may be required for head coaches to take but if you haven't taken the course it is the best money I have ever spent.
The 3D program made me not only reflect on what kind of coach I was but also what kind of coach I could become. It reaffirmed some of the ideals that I had but also questioned others. It also makes made me reflect on what type of coaches I have been influenced by in my growth and journey.
