3D Coaching takes coaches on a journey of coaching in the 21st Century. It looks at not only the "what?" but also encourages coaches to think about the "why?" as they reflect on their roles. I don't think it's possible for a coach to take this course and not come a way a better coach. The speakers all do a tremendous job sharing from their experiences and their heart.
