This course offers great information for coaches at all levels. The 2nd and 3rd dimension are covered in depth and the framework that is given is great. The course guides you through a purpose statement and gives you a ton of tools to use in the 2nd and 3rd dimensions.

this was full of great information and life teaching. but it needs something to give it some life. it felt dry a lot of time and hard to follow it. unless you focused on it a 100% of the time you could stay with it. but even then because it felt dry on the talking and acting things out you just wanted to get done as fast as you can and not learning from it.
