I thought the course was very insightful and provided some great resources for reference. I think that the workbooks should be included in the purchase of the program itself, as a majority of the information in there was repetitive with the videos. Overall I enjoyed the course and look forward to implementing 3D coaching as the framework for my lacrosse teams.
