This course provides resources, information, thought provoking mentorship through the best way to approaching and implementing a coaching program. It also allow the coach taking the course to reflect on his/her own beliefs and life values so they can be sure to coach the "whole athlete" (physical, mental, spiritual) and not just the "sports athlete".
