This coursework takes a detailed approach to all three dimensions of coaching. Each dimension is explicitly explained. Many coaches can master the fundamentals (1st dimension), but to truly master the mind (2nd) and heart (3rd) takes a coach who is willing to put their ego aside and focus on the personal and professional relationships by investing in their players. The 3D Institute gives many examples and stories on how to execute the 2nd and 3rd dimensions that I will continue to use in our program.
