Overall, this was a wonderful framework to base my coaching style on. I have used some of these techniques in the past, but I don't believe I was intentionally a 3rd dimension type of coach. With these suggestions and techniques, I really believe coaches can "up" their games, and influence young people in a very positive way. The short sections, make this an easy program to get through.
