Very informative course with huge benefit to all coaches. The instructors are very knowledgeable and clear. I will definitely be applying many things I learned into my coaching.

If I could suggest something, it would be to perhaps provide more content aimed at athletes who are a bit older as well, since I felt a lot of the content was aimed as athletes up to the HS level.
