As I went through the program, I saw some activities and techniques that I have used with my athletes. But the 3 Dimensional Coaching program is the first complete package of coaching techniques I've seen, put together to provide a framework for a coaching philosophy. I'd definetly recommend this program to all coaches. Whether they are just getting started or have been coaching for years.
