This is exactly what are program needs. We have veteran coaches set in their ways, and ambitious rookies seeking to blaze a trail. We are successful and have done a lot of good for a lot of kids, but we can do so much better. This course will revive the desire in the veteran coach and provide positive direction for the younger coaches. I am very excited to start implementing what I've learned. It's not about x's and o's, it's about people. It's about creating that eager athlete who is inspired and will run through a wall for his team because he finds joy in belonging.
