As an individual reading for my Doctorate in Operational Excellence I find the 3D Model is perfect to dig deep into people not necessarily sport coaches but community as a whole. My work is linked on Necessary Conditional Analysis (NCA) which specifies a clear distinction between Necessity and Sufficiency.
3D as a framework is powerful to develop complementary applications on it. I am building a platform titled "Developing a Generation of Champions" and this will be very helpful. I am blessed to be with all of you.

For anyone who is committed to excellence in all areas of their lives, not just coaching, this is an absolute "must" course to enroll in and finish. I just completed a 42-year coaching career. I have been to a multitude of coaches' clinics: almost all are in the first and second dimension. This is the first time I have received detailed teaching in the third dimension. Capturing the heart of your athletes is the most important dimension of the three. Teaching first dimension fundamentals and second dimension psychology are critical for success. If you want to reach your full potential, as a coach, you must learn to capture an athlete's heart if you want that athlete to perform at his/her highest level. Pursuing excellence means making the most out of your God-given talent as an athlete and a human being. This course covers all of this in detail.
