I appreciated the specific examples that were given in each dimension. When presenting this information to our coaching staff, it helped them to begin to think outside the box as to how they can incorporate in each of their programs.

Incredible way for coaches to earn college credit. Many times courses are taken to "jump through hoops". You will look forward to this course because it is so applicable. Even if you don't need college credit- take this course!

I found this course several years ago, in a quest to help myself better serve today's student-athletes. Having completed this course in May of 2018, I found myself wishing I had taken it when I first came across it. I am inspired and renewed, to coach and teach this generation of student-athletes. I am now armed with tangible strategies and lessons that I feel can engage my student-athletes and their parents, toward a better, more fulfilled journey in high school athletics. I am a 3D coach for life!!

The 3Dimensional Coaching program brings everything about coaching into perspective. This program was very beneficial to me, and I have incorporated information into my softball program that has been very successful for my athletes. The girls on my team have found value and purpose to whatever their role may be on the team. I highly recommend this course.
