This course is excellent for coaches wanting to take their programs to the heart level of their athletes. In a day when so much of a young person's identity is tied to their achievements, this simple course reminds coaches to think about the purpose of their coaching and to develop young people, not just young athletes, that can transition from field to occupation with purpose and joy!

The 3 Dimensional Coaching course was an amazing journey that allows you to evaluate sport, programs, and yourself with a renewed sense to provide kids with a positive sport experience with lessons that will hopefully transcend the sports arena.
